Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator (Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Products)


Location: Upper Paya Lebar (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT - 13-minute walk)


Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm


Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $4,200 + AWS


Duration: Permanent


Industry: Industrial Products / Mechanical Engineering / Hazardous Area Equipment Manufacturing






Main Responsibilities:


Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.


Review customer specifications and evaluate suitable products and engineering solutions.


Prepare quotations, RFQs, technical proposals, and coordinate order processing activities.


Liaise closely with customers, sales, operations, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.


Provide basic technical product support and clarification to customers.


Handle customer feedback, service issues, and maintain accurate customer records.


Support invoicing, documentation, and administrative duties as required.


Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.






Requirements:


Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.


Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Technical Support, or Industrial Product Sales preferred.


Able to understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and industrial products.
