Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the Southeast Asia region, delivering integrated security solutions and related systems to clients, and achieving organisational sales targets. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction.

The Job
Achieve individual and departmental revenue and profit targets.
Identify and develop new sales leads to drive business growth across the region.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and preliminary system designs with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide innovative recommendations to enhance sales performance, strengthen market presence, and uphold the company's reputation.
Promote the company's brand and market recognition through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with associated companies and key stakeholders.
Maintain a thorough understanding of security concepts and system solutions to deliver high-quality client consultation.
Collaborate on project management, site meetings, and client communications as required.
The Talent
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
3 years of experience in solution-based sales or project sales, preferably with exposure to security solutions or related technologies.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrates a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
