Job Details:
• Location: Jurong East
• Salary: Up to $2,700 Basic
• Duration: Immediate - 6 Months Contract
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 530pm
Job Scope:
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems.
• Support documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
• Handle simple customer enquiries via email and phone.
• Provide basic information such as order status and general enquiries.
• Escalate more complex issues to the Customer Service team.
• Assist in processing quotations, orders, and basic documentation.
• Support preparation and verification of routine documents.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Service team.
• Assist with coordination of simple tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
• Min GCE O Levels/Nitec/HNitec/Diploma in Business/Administration with 1 year of relevant experience
