HSE Executive (Oil & Gas | Chemical | Process Safety)
Location : Penjuru Terminal
Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 Basic + 16 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus (3-5months) + Group Insurance + Flexible Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Act as the terminal’s WSHO, FSM, and PFSO, including supervision of security operations
Ensure compliance with SHE, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Manage SHE permits, licenses, inspections, and risk assessments
Coordinate WSH Committee, audits, incident reporting, and performance tracking
Drive incident analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
Lead emergency preparedness, drills, and crisis response
Implement SHE initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture
Oversee contractor SHE performance and employee training programs
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ SHE experience in terminal, oil & gas, chemical, or similar regulated industry
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) Level C would be advantage
Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is a plus
