Adecco is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize their warehouse operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, operational excellence, and strong team performance.

The Job

Manage day-to-day operations across warehousing activities, ensuring smooth coordination between inbound, storage, kitting, and outbound processes

Oversee kitting activities to ensure timely and accurate preparation of materials to support downstream operations

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure alignment between physical stock and system data

Lead and guide a team to achieve operational targets while maintaining efficiency and consistency

Support operational requirements by ensuring timely availability and movement of materials

Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance workflow and productivity

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational priorities and requirements

Monitor key operational metrics and address gaps to improve overall performance

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements

Handle documentation and reporting to support operational visibility and audit readiness

The Talent

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Proven track record in managing warehouse operations, with strong expertise in inventory control, space optimization, and process efficiency

Solid understanding of warehouse best practices and operational workflows within a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, Kanban, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
