Virtual Interview | 3-Month Contract | Rotating Shifts | Location: Woodlands
Salary & Benefits:
$13.53/hour
Double pay on Public Holidays
Government project exposure
Potential contract extension based on operational needs
Working Hours: 4 days per week (including weekends & PH)
Rotating shifts:
7:00am – 1:00pm
5:00pm – 11:00pm
Shift timings may vary between 7am – 11pm based on operational needs
Must be able to commit at least 6 weekends per month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
Assist customers with enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service requests
Coordinate deployment of contractors and internal teams
Update and maintain accurate case records in the system
Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure timely closure
Support additional operational duties when assigned
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good problem-solving ability
Able to commit minimum 3 months
Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Prior call centre experience is an advantage
