Join as a Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) in Loyang on a permanent basis, working a 5-day schedule from Monday to Friday, either 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver a high standard of customer service to support customer satisfaction and business opportunities.

Follow established procedures to maintain consistent service quality.

Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries on quotations and shipment operations.

Prepare quotations and coordinate shipment arrangements, including cross-trade shipments.

Liaise with customers and overseas agents to support smooth shipment activities.

Manage import and export processes in line with operational requirements.

Ensure all shipment documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Maintain updated records, data, and reports for operational tracking.

Handle customer issues professionally and support measures to prevent recurrence.

Assist with sales and marketing activities when required.

Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Basic knowledge of sea and air shipment procedures is preferred.

Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work additional hours when required.
