Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns across in-person, phone, email, and social media channels, ensuring timely and professional service.


Coordinate repair and return requests, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.


Oversee e-commerce content and manage order processing to ensure accurate and prompt deliveries.


Create marketing and product materials, including brochures, online content, packaging, and promotional visuals, to strengthen brand presence.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service, marketing, and operational efforts with business objectives.


Requirements:


Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline


At least 3 years of customer service experience within consumer electronics.


Strong knowledge in gemstones, diamonds, or precision engineering industries.


Good communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently or within a team.
