Operations Coordinator (Supply Chain, 6 months contract, company bus) #HJXH
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on redressing instructions and packaging requirements.
* Review, clarify, and validate client requests to ensure feasibility and compliance.
* Prepare mock-ups, draft proposals, and support clients through the approval process.
* Manager client accounts by tracking deliverables, timelines, and documentation.
Redressing Coordination
* Draft clear, accurate Redressing Instructions (RI) for production use.
* Work closely with the production team to assess feasibility of redressing activities.
* Coordinate changes, updates, and maintain version control for RIs.
* Assist production in troubleshooting redressing issues and providing clarification.
Inventory & Material Management
* Monitor and manage client-owned packaging material inventory.
* Track material consumption, shortages and replenishment requirements.
* Prepare and share material status reports with internal stakeholders and clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Liaise with production, QA, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of redressing operations.
* Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to packaging material activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
