Procurement Assistant Manager (East, Up to 6.5k)


Job Description

Location: East

Contract: 3 years contract

Salary: up to SGD 6500 (subjected to experience)

The Talent


Degree in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience; experience in compliance/governance is an advantage.

Supervisory experience is beneficial.

Strong understanding of procurement processes; accounting knowledge is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder?engagement skills.

Meticulous, analytical, and strong in problem?solving.

Proficient in systems such as SAP, Sesami, and electronic procurement platforms.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast?paced environment.

Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or BI dashboard development is an advantage.

The Job


Support business stakeholders throughout the procurement?to?payment process.

Executeend?to?end tendering and contracting activities, including:

Preparing and publishing tender documents

Onboarding vendors into the eProcurement system

Preparing contract documentation

Creating purchase orders

Following up on outstanding invoices

Monitor and report procurement service-level performance to management.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes or automate workflows using tools such as Power Automate or other low?code solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement effectiveness and efficiency.
