Job description


Guest Services Officer (VIP) will be required to be the front-facing professionals responsible for delivering exceptional service, acting as the face of a company to senior executives and VIP guests.


 


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


·       VIP Welcome & Front-Desk Management: Greeting VIPs and senior executives, checking their identity, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch arrival experience.


·       Guest Services & Concierge Services: Fulfilling special requests, providing tailored recommendations, arranging travel/transportation, and organizing sightseeing.


·       Administrative Support & Scheduling: Managing meeting room bookings, handling event logistics, answering calls, and handling administrative tasks.


·       Safety & Access Control: Managing visitor registration and ensuring security protocols are met.


·       Refreshment Services: Assisting with serving refreshments for guests.




Requirements:


Min Dip in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in Services, Hospitality or Tourism Industry


Strong customer service and communication skills
