Regional Sales Manager (Semiconductor)
Location: International Business Park ( few bus stops from Clementi station)
Working hours: 5 Days -Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,500 + $1,000 transport allowance/reimbursement + $100 mobile + AWS + Variable Bonus + 18 days annual leave

Responsibilities:
Drive international business development and customer acquisition activities
Develop sales strategies and customer engagement plans across targeted industries
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and strategic partners
Identify business opportunities within semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, photovoltaic, and related industries
Conduct customer visits, attend trade fairs, networking events, and industry exhibitions
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for complex engineering solutions and projects
Manage project negotiations and support commercial discussions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Collaborate closely with management, engineering, and product teams to support business growth
Prepare sales forecasts, budgeting, and management reports
Support continuous improvement of internal sales and business development processes
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines
Relevant experience in B2B technical sales, engineering solutions, or industrial project sales preferred
Experience in semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, or related industries will be an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage complex customer engagements and long sales cycles
Proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to travel internationally for business activities when required
Ability to communicate with regional stakeholders will be an advantage
