Position: HR Director


Location: Bukit Batok


Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM


Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Responsibilities:


Partner senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.


Drive workforce planning, organisational design and transformation initiatives.


Advise management on people matters, employee relations and organisational change.


Develop talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development strategies.


Implement performance management frameworks, including KPI, OKR and PIP processes.


Lead employee engagement, retention and culture-building initiatives.


Oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, C&B, payroll, policies and HR systems.


Ensure compliance with Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and corporate governance requirements.


Lead office administration, facilities, vendor management and cost optimisation initiatives.


Manage, mentor and develop the HR & Admin team, setting clear KPIs and accountability.




Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.


Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.


Experience in organisational transformation, restructuring, business scaling or HR system setup.


Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.


Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.


Strategic, business-minded and hands-on with strong execution capability.


Experience supporting fast-paced or complex business environments.


MBA, CIPD, SHRM or related certification will be an advantage.


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
