Assistant HR manager Required in Singapore


Job Description

We are a boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on an Assistant HR manager who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Job Duties:

  • In charge of full spectrum of human resource activities
  • Improving on current processes and implementing new HR processes and procedures
  • Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective
  • Working closely with the management team to provide insights for key decision making
  • Ensure efficiency and compliance of Human Resource team’s internal workflow and processes.
  • Perform internal talent acquisition and other recruitment related duties
  • Overseeing the HR Shared Service team to ensure compliance with employment laws (Outsourcing Contractors)
  • Overseeing the general administrative duties
  • Maintain continuous employee engagement& employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectations
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Supervisory experience will be advantageous
  • Proven work experience in process & policy implementation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
