Adecco is partnering with a global organization specialising in smart access and security technologies, trusted by businesses and communities worldwide.
The Job
Support customers and internal teams with troubleshooting, repairs, and technical advice for products and systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams using company products.
Coordinate with engineering and R&D teams to report issues and improve products quality.
The Talent
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related field
At least 1 year of experience in post-sales technical support for hardware or software products
Posses one of any scripting languages such as PowerShell,C++, Python or Bash
