To manage and enhance our C&B programs, HR policies, payroll coordination, and HR systems. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, shared services, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, design, and implement compensation & benefits policies and programs
Manage payroll coordination, employee claims, insurance, and statutory submissions
Oversee HRIS systems and employee data management
Lead annual salary benchmarking, salary reviews, and budget exercises
Manage performance appraisal processes and incentive schemes
Handle HR policies review, audits, and compliance-related activities
Partner with internal teams, unions, and external vendors to support HR initiatives and projects
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Business/ HRM or equivalent
Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits / HR Operations
Sound knowledge of payment management system
Good knowledge of payroll, HRIS, employee benefits, and Singapore employment regulations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and project management capabilities
