Key Responsibilities:
HR Recruitment Executive ( Sales, Entry Level ) #HDT
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
Proactively source and engage suitable candidates across relevant industries
Coordinate interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions
Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Propose and negotiate appropriate hiring strategies with targeted clientele
Advisory & Market Insights
Provide career guidance to candidates based on market trends
Advise clients on hiring practices and talent availability
