This role is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient cargo handling, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The incumbent will work closely with customers, internal teams, transport providers, and third-party vendors to support smooth import and export operations while driving operational excellence and service performance.

Working Hours (5.25 Days, Rotating Shift)

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Alternate Saturday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Night Shift

Monday to Friday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Alternate Saturday: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM

The Job:

Oversee daily export warehouse operations to ensure customer requirements and service standards are met.

Coordinate with Customer Service teams and third-party vendors on import/export special handling requirements.

Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure proper warehouse housekeeping standards are maintained.

Monitor warehouse performance and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

Ensure full compliance with safety, security, quality, and operational procedures within the warehouse.

Liaise with Customer Service teams and service providers on day-to-day import and export warehouse activities.

Manage third-party transport providers to ensure timely cargo collections and deliveries.

The Talent:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, or warehouse industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
