With a portfolio of renowned brands and presence in more than 100 countries, the company designs, manufactures, and supports a comprehensive range of mobile, tower, and crawler cranes.
The Job
Drive sales growth within assigned territories to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and product specifications.
Develop, strengthen, and maintain effective relationships with distributors and channel partners.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key accounts through proactive engagement and customer support.
Coordinate closely with factories and after-sales teams to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues and customer feedback.
Collaborate with dealers to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements, supporting business continuity and sales growth.
Partner with the Marketing Department to execute promotional initiatives, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales support activities.
Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to support product and service improvements.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management and HOD.
The Talent
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
4-6 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
Prior experience in the crane equipment industry would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional local languages or dialects is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently when required.
Good organizational, planning, and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Willing to travel regularly and maintain a flexible work schedule to support business needs.
