Help Seniors Live More Independently

We’re looking for a hands-on Technician & Delivery Specialist who enjoys working with people, solving practical problems, and being out on the road. Every day, you’ll help customers receive, understand, and get the most out of products that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver rehabilitation and eldercare equipment to customers across Singapore
• Assemble, install, and set up equipment at customers’ homes
• Demonstrate product usage and answer basic customer questions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues
• Perform servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing equipment
• Maintain accurate service and installation records
• Support warehouse and logistics operations when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Singapore Class 3 driving licence
• Comfortable handling and moving heavy equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and hands-on approach to problem solving

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, installation, or technical support
• Experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Previous experience interacting directly with customers
• More than 2 years of driving experience
