Responsibilities :
Engage walk-in customers to assist travel enquiries and promote travel packages
To use Company system to generate invoices and receipts
Help customers to buy and claim travel insurance online
Assist in application of visa
To make calls to promote travel packages
Maintain office cleanliness
Any ad-hoc duties required
Requirements :
Singaporeans, Perm-Resident & LTPV are weolcome
Training provided
1 year or more relevant experience are welcome
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words
Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with management
Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to written and verbal communication in English and Chinese as translation of work documents and attending to walk in customers needed to be done from time to time
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Able to work Saturday (half-day)
