Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding & Logistics)
Location : Tuas
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow international freight forwarding business across FCL, LCL, air and road freight.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with BCOs, shippers, importers, exporters and key freight decision-makers.
Generate leads, conduct sales visits, prepare tailored proposals and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term account growth and retention.
Provide customised logistics solutions, including customs clearance, warehousing and value-added services.
Manage key accounts, resolve customer issues and conduct regular business reviews with clients.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to recommend trade lane, pricing and service improvements.
Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
Prior related experience in freight forwarding industry
Possess own vehicle
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
