Adecco is partnering with an established international freight forwarding and logistics provider to hire a Sales Executive as part of its business expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales hunter who enjoys acquiring new customers and selling end-to-end logistics solutions across air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, customs clearance, and value-added logistics services.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: West Region
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:15pm
Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Variable Bonus
The Job:
Cold calling to prospective clients who requires freight forwarding services.
Promote service for ocean, air and total logistics services.
Plan and propose solution to customers business objective.
Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
Achieve set sales target (Hunter role).
The Talent:
Minimum O Levels, Diploma or equivalent
At least 4 years of business development or sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics
Proven experience acquiring new customers in a hunter sales environment
Good understanding of air freight, ocean freight and logistics solutions
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, resilient and target-oriented
