Our client is an international logistics and e-commerce delivery company focusing on cross-border parcel, mail, and fulfilment solutions supporting e-commerce businesses globally. They are hiring for an operations supervisor to lead and supervise the team to ensure operations run smoothly.

The Job:

Lead the dispatch team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Oversee the sorting, scanning, and timely dispatch of shipments in accordance with operational standards.

Monitor shipment volumes, manpower allocation, and operational performance.

Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams and transport providers to ensure seamless operations.

Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

The Talent:

2 years of experience supervising or leading a team

8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics environment

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

Experience with warehouse management and shipment tracking systems is an advantage.
