Sales Executive (Building Materials / Passive Fire Protection)

Location : Ubi Crescent, Ubi Techpark

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary Up to $4,000 + $1,500 Monthly Car Allowance + Performance Bonus + Company-Paid Season Parking + Company Mobile Phone + 14–21 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and manage company-provided leads and customer accounts.

Meet customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable passive fire protection and building-material solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Conduct product presentations and support product specification and approval processes.

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and other project stakeholders.

Negotiate commercial terms, handle customer enquiries and close sales.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Monitor sales activities, follow up on payments and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering, Building, Business or a related field is preferred.

At least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.

Experience in building materials, construction or technical products is an advantage.

Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Able to learn technical product information and work towards sales targets.

Possess a valid driving licence and own a car for customer and site visits.
