Head of Sales is to develop new business opportunity within Stainless Steel and Special Metal sectors.
The Opportunity:

Work Hours: Mon to Fri
$7,000 - $15,00 Basic + Transport + AWS + VB
The Job:
Execute commercial initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic objectives and report to Regional Sales Director to drive long-term business growth strategies.
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs, fabricators, distributors, and other industry stakeholders to expand market presence.
Monitor sales pipeline performance, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to ensure achievement of revenue targets and effective business planning.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive market position.
Develop annual sales budgets, business plans, revenue forecasts, and strategic sales initiatives to support sustainable business growth and profitability.
The Talent
Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering
10 - 15 years sales experience in Stainless Steel, Special Metals, Steel Distribution, Engineering Materials
