Join a beauty/wellness organisation as a Customer Service Officer based in Serangoon, within walking distance from Kovan MRT. This permanent role follows a 5-day rotational schedule, with shifts from 11am to 9pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on weekends and public holidays, offering a basic salary with commission and allowance in a convenient, accessible location.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage customers through outbound calls to encourage service bookings.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide a positive service experience.
• Manage front desk and reception operations professionally.
• Contact customers to remind them of upcoming appointments.
• Process invoices and handle customer payments accurately.
• Prepare daily sales settlement records and reports.
• Support other operational duties assigned by management.
