Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders and business activities within a dynamic regional environment.
This role is suited for a highly organised and proactive professional who is confident managing multiple priorities, coordinating schedules and working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day business operations, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel arrangements and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
The Job:
Manage calendars, schedules and meetings for senior stakeholders, including coordinating appointments, preparing meeting information and following up on action items.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and travel documentation where required.
Provide administrative support for business activities, meetings and events, including preparing materials, conducting research and organising information for presentations and reports.
Manage expense claims and reimbursements, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes.
Draft professional correspondence and coordinate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the planning and coordination of meetings, events and other business activities.
Assist with internal administrative processes including onboarding, procurement and general office coordination.
Provide logistical support for visiting stakeholders and business partners where required.
Maintain accurate records, documentation and administrative information.
Support day-to-day office and operational requirements to ensure smooth business activities.
Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required.
The Talent:
Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Prior experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative, Office Management, Events or a similar role.
Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a professional or corporate environment.
Experience in event or meeting coordination will be an advantage.
Prior experience working in an international or regional environment is preferred.
Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional language skills will be an advantage.
Confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively under tight timelines.
Proactive, resourceful and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Professional and polished communication style with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
