Adecco is partnering with a leading provider of high-performance power and propulsion solutions in the Asia-Pacific region, the organisation delivers reliable engines, decentralized energy systems, and electrification solutions across industries such as marine, energy, infrastructure, and defense.

The Job:

Develop electrical power system solutions for power generation and distribution projects.

Perform power system studies and calculations, including:

Load flow analysis

Short-circuit / fault level analysis

Voltage drop calculations

Protection coordination studies

Equipment sizing and selection

Prepare and review:

Single Line Diagrams (SLD)

Electrical schematics

Protection and control drawings

Cable schedules and layouts

Validate technical specifications and engineering designs for:

Diesel generator systems

LV and MV switchgear

Transformers

Synchronization and control systems

Protection relays and power management systems

Provide technical support during proposal development, tender submissions, and customer technical clarifications.

Support project execution activities including:

Design reviews

Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

Site installation support

Testing and commissioning

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical and power system issues.

Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, IEEE, and local electrical standards and regulations.

Collaborate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to deliver technically sound and commercially viable solutions.

Participate in technical discussions and design review meetings with clients and key stakeholders.

The Talent:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation, electrical distribution, critical power infrastructure, or industrial power systems.

Strong electrical and power engineering fundamentals are a must.

Hands-on experience with LV and MV power systems.

Strong understanding of:

Power generation systems

Electrical protection and coordination

Power distribution networks

Generator synchronization and load sharing

Ability to interpret and develop Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic drawings, and electrical layouts.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
