Customer Service Officer
Location: Bedok
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) & 1 Saturday per month (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare catering orders and quotations accurately.
Coordinate and attend customer food-tasting sessions when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen, logistics, sales and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Liaise with outsourced suppliers regarding catering items, logistics and other order requirements.
Requirements:
At least one year of relevant experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, catering coordination or a related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience in catering, F&B, hospitality or event coordination would be advantageous.
