Greet and register patients
Schedule patient appointment
Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Requirements:
Minimum N / O / A level / Diploma in any courses
Some experience in customer service / admin is preferred
Able to start work immediately
1 year contract - $2500
