Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: up to $2500
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 9am-6.30pm
Working Location: Tuas or Toh Guan Road
Job Responsibilities:
Phone and email customer service assistance.
Following the established SOP, prepare import/export and shipping paperwork and invoice orders after shipments have been closed.
Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.
Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.
Work with the supervisor to plan warehouse operations.
Work together with other departments to complete orders and on-time delivery.
Verify that every inventory is accurate.
Keep thorough records of your inventory levels and report any inconsistencies.
Take care of general office housekeeping.
Preserve a secure workplace.
Complete any additional work-related tasks as directed by a supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Relevant working experience.
