Banking Operations (Audit/Loans Executive)

About the Role

An opportunity to join one of the leading banks in the industry within its Banking Operations team. The role is suitable for candidates looking to build their experience in banking operations and loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform audit confirmation activities, including setup of new auditors and creation of customers' instructions in the system.

Perform loan processing and servicing activities such as loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption and fee collection.

Liaise with Business Units (BU) and Support Units (SU) on loan and audit confirmation processing matters.

Perform ad-hoc and day-end reconciliations.

Adhere to established processing turnaround times, accuracy requirements and performance standards.

Ensure assigned operational activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Talent Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.

Candidates with relevant internship or foundational experience in banking, financial services, loan operations or operations processing are welcome to apply.

Good numerical aptitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working with systems and handling transactional and processing activities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with different internal stakeholders.

Able to work in a structured, process-driven environment and meet established turnaround times.

Responsible, meticulous and comfortable handling routine operational tasks while maintaining accuracy.
