Our client is an integrated Academic Health System that delivers value-driven, innovative and sustainable healthcare.
Job Responsibilities:Frontline support, including inbound and outbound calls, and emails.
* Handle patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.
* Provide administrative support as and when required, such as medical insurance, tax invoice, claims, data entry, and filling.
* Provide clinical support and various home monitoring measurements such as blood pressure and heart rate monitoring.
* Handle inventory level.
* Liaise with the operations management team.
Job Requirements:
* 5.5 day work-week
* Min N level education
* Candidate who is able to speak Mandarin will have an added advantage as the role will require supporting Chinese patients that does not understand English.
