Customer Service Executive Required in Singapore


Job Description

Customer Service Executive – Up to $3,500 – Temasek Avenue

Location : Temasek Avenue 

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM to 6.00 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)

Duration : Perm

Responsibilities: 


Monitoring all vessels loading status

Maintain CBF/Booking Forecast Table. Update balance to load figures on daily basis

Ensure all required documents, Portnet creation are duly completed before vessel closing time (including sending of final forecast and special container list to Partner/V0)

Upload / Input booking / loading data into inhouse system

Attend to customers enquiry and build close relationships with customers

Rate quotation

Need to work closely with other departments, particularly Sales and Trade to achieve maximum sales revenue.

Any other duties as assigned

 


Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Shipping / Transportation or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in in Container Shipping Industry

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
