Sales Engineer (Metrology) - Up to $4,800 Gross - Changi Business Park

Location : Changi Business Park

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential customers to offer solutions for their semiconductor processes.

Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to post-sale support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally and work closely with the technical and & teams to customize solutions that meet customer requirements.

Support business development initiatives by identifying market trends and growth opportunities in the SEA region.

Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

Offering after-sales support services

Administering client accounts

Analysing costs and sales

Preparing weekly reports for management

Meeting regular sales targets

Recording and maintaining client contact data

Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

Supporting sales manager in data analysis and sales presentation

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Chemical Engineering/Materials Science/Physics, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the metrology industry or scientific industry

Understanding of semiconductor processes especially for laboratory equipment use for failure analysis, quality control and metrology equipment for thin film.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Preferably possess own transport

Able to do after office hour support

No Experience welcome too, training will be provided!
