Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project planning, implementation, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Implement project management best practices and tools to optimize efficiency and productivity

Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to succeed

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

Min Degree in Civil or Building Construction Engineering.

Strong technical expertise and understanding of project management methodologies and best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects

Proficient in using project management software and tools

Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
