Accounts Executive (Partial Accounts)
Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus (Up to 6 Months) + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Clean energy & ocean solutions (MNC)
Main Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable
Process invoices received from suppliers and process payments
Update invoice listing and prepare accrual listing
Process Payment Voucher in the system
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
