Procurement/Purchasing Executive (Construction/M&E) – Up To $4,000
Location : Toa Payoh North
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + 12 to 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Source and manage suppliers/vendors, negotiating commercial terms and monitoring performance.
Process procurement transactions, maintaining accurate data and records.
Review and approve products/services for purchase, ensuring compliance with quality management system (ISO 9001).
Provide administrative support for office IT coordination and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related construction field (preferred).
At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Have Electrical Background is a must
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with vendors/associates who can only speak mandarin.
