We’re Hiring: Administrative Executive
Location: East, Singapore | Full-Time
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and enthusiastic Administrative Executive to join our growing team! If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, enjoys supporting others, and thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment—this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory—anticipating needs before they arise
- Handle emails, phone calls, and mail to keep communication flowing
- Coordinate with the sales team on delivery schedules and credit evaluation submissions
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems (scanning, photocopying, database updates)
- Prepare invoices and assist with general office support tasks
- Handle and coordinate active calendars, schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad-hoc support to team members and departments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
- A team player with a proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior admin experience is a plus, but not mandatory
