Position: Accounts Assistant (AP/ AR/ Shipping/ Logistics)
Location: Bukit Merah
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,600 + AWS
Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:
Accounts payable duties involving handling of supplier invoices and issuing of payments.
Accounts receivable duties involving preparing of invoices, debit and credit note, SOA and follow up on payments matters.
Handling of cash flow and daily bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly accounting entries for data processing.
Handling accruals and prepayments and managing monthly budget tasks.
Assist in preparing of financial reports.
Any other accounts related duties being assigned.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience in Shipping or Logistics industry.
