A leading US Global distributor of Industrial and Construction supplies is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Specialist to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies to drive growth across key sectors.
The Job
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through regular engagement and exceptional service.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, products, and markets to expand the company's reach.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets.
Collaborate closely with team leads, providing regular updates and support on daily sales activities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's solutions.
The Talent
Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally within the distribution, manufacturing, or production sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
