Job Description

Job Responsibilities


Handle multiple projects within schedules

Responsible for coordinating and managing adminitrative coordination based on clients requirements

Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and roadshows

Manage the event registration for overseas and local events and submit reports to the client

Prepare name badges and collate event materials

Arrange flights, accommodation and airport transfer for attendees when required

Liaise with hotel with regards to Room reservation and Airport Transfer

Onsite registration for the events

Provide administrative support for events which includes research, preparation, follow-up, co-ordination and logistics support

Work closely with event teams to execute all events

Requirements


Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.

Open to travel to support overseas projects
