Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented, highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment? Our client is looking for a Sales Admin cum Personal Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development and play a vital role in ensuring smooth execution across our sales and operational processes.


The Job:


As the Sales Admin cum PA, you'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage both strategic and administrative responsibilities. You will:


Support the SVP Sales & Business Development in handling key commercial, sales, and legal documentation, both in hardcopy and digital formats

Maintain and update the sales database, tracking leads, opportunities, and client engagement on a weekly basis

Coordinate across internal divisions (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, auditors) to ensure end-to-end process alignment

Manage order processing, monitor customer agreements, and ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements

Oversee aspects of Accounts Receivable, from onboarding documentation to collections

Assist in preparing for meetings, organising logistics, and occasional PA-related tasks (approx. 10% of the role)

The Talent:


You have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Administration, or a related field

You are fluent in English and comfortable using basic Mandarin for communication via WeChat (clients are primarily Mandarin-speaking)

You have 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales support, commercial admin, or PA roles

You are highly meticulous, organised, and emotionally resilient, especially when managing tight project deadlines

You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and grow in a regional, high-pressure environment

Bonus: Knowledge of Bahasa is advantageous for liaising with regional teams
