Position: Sales Admin Assistant (Invoicing/Logistic)


Job Description

Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT)- Office to shift to nearby Tuas West MRT next year

Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Overtime + Medical

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales support on order delivery dates and addresses.

Obtain freight quotations and transit times from forwarders.

Advise on order readiness for local/export/direct deliveries.

Arrange transportation for deliveries and exports.

Check inventory availability and support sales with product samples/pictures.

Assist with urgent shipments and communicate deadlines with storekeepers.

Ensure accurate and timely picking, stock availability, and correct items.

Input product serial numbers and customer PO in Navision.

Prepare and print shipping documents (PI/PL, DO) and arrange for labeling.

Organize fumigation services for wooden pallets, if needed.

Verify transporter invoices to prevent overbilling.

Post all orders in Navision to generate Delivery Orders.

Maintain good relationships with forwarders and storekeepers.

Support purchasing, admin, and accounts teams as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles within a technical or data center environment.

Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
