Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients
Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs
Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms
Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates
Requirements:
Full training provided
Candidates with no relevant experiences may apply
Drive to overachieve financially and career progressions
Experiences in 360 recruitment and/or preferably from Senior position placement background will be a strong advantage with faster career progressions
Diploma/ Degree holder
