Job responsibilities:

Operational Activities

Trade - Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes

Trade - AR collection clearing

Trade - Review the double entries for trade-related transactions (e.g., AP, AR, and charges)

Financial Reporting and Taxation

Handling all aspects of financial reporting matters and ensures timely closing

Prepare internal consolidation packages for submission to the parent company on a quarterly basis

Handling tax-related matters, including tax filings in Singapore, etc.

Manage various financial related audits, such as statutory and tax audits

Handle statutory filings, reporting and tax queries

Undertake any other ad hoc assignments from time to time

Requirements:

Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in Accountancy

Knowledge of SAP accounting software

Proficient in MS Office applications

Ability to meet tight deadlines
