Adecco is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join a leading global logistics and third-party logistics company with a strong international footprint. The organisation is renowned for its expertise in contract logistics, warehousing, and integrated supply chain management, supporting multinational clients across FMCG, industrial, and e-commerce sectors.

Location: Changi South

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)

Salary up to $5500 + AWS + VB

The Job

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, to ensure smooth and efficient daily workflows.

Ensure operational accuracy and compliance by enforcing WI and SOP adherence, maintaining accurate system updates, documentation, and inventory records.

Plan and optimise warehouse resources, including space utilisation, manpower deployment, and equipment usage, in line with volume forecasts and operational requirements.

Monitor operational performance and KPIs, analyse gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency.

Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards (5S), driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting staff training and performance development.

The Talent:

Min. 4 years of professional experience in warehouse operations

At least two years of proven experience in a supervisory or people-management capacity

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
