Job Description

Personal Assistant


Location : Central (Principal's Residence)


Working hours : 8-hour rotating shifts, 5 days/week | 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm (1 weekday + 1 weekend day off)


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to 10,000 Basic + Variable Bonus


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Management consulting | Business consultancy




Main Responsibilities


Travel & itinerary support, including packing and accompanying on outings


Event and image coordination (styling, makeup, outfit preparation)


Administrative tasks: minutes, documents, filing


Household and general affairs management, including wardrobe and inventory


Procurement and vendor coordination for personal items


Other ad-hoc duties as assigned




Requirements:


Atleast 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant


Comfortable in Overseas travel during school holidays


Flexibility to cover colleagues when required


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
