The Job
Process end?to?end chargeback cases for SG/HK across major card schemes
Perform eligibility checks, review documents and follow up with customers/merchants
Execute required chargeback actions (Retrievals, Chargebacks, Representments, Arbitration, Compliance)
Update case details and manage documents across internal systems and card platforms.
Handle financial adjustments (temp credits, reversals, deductions) and send relevant notifications
Create/reconcile GL entries and track outstanding cases through queues and reports
Manage case closures, rejection items, basic reconciliation, filing and report retrieval
Liaise with internal teams and Card Associations on enquiries, exceptions and rule clarifications
Support ad?hoc projects, system testing, SOP updates and process improvements
The Talent
Minimum 2 years' exp in financial institutions; credit operations is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
Have a growth mindset
Able to multitask and manage multiple timelines
Strong team player with positive mindset and ability to work in a diverse environment
